House was great had all what you need to make stay comfortable. The pool was nice and spacious backyard.Host was great giving you the information you need. The house is close to Downtown Chandler great places to eat. Looking forward to enjoying this place again.

Great property- walking distance to downtown Chandler.

Cool spot, was out here for a bachelor party. Didn’t spend much time at the house but looking back wish we would have grilled and enjoyed the amenities. Very clean, perfect for a family, small group of guys/girls, or two couples. Perfect location for whirlwind golf course/casino and only 30 mins from old town Scottsdale. Will be back with family

Unfortunately, pictures do not reflect this property. Poor maintenance and the musty smells of mold and mildew are the major concerns. Both of these problems were enough for us to vacate the property within 12 hours. Along with a long list of smaller items. We were scheduled to be in this place for 5 days. We arrived late on our first night, so even though we were less than thrilled with our first impressions. We had no choice but to stay until the next morning, hoping some positives would come with the light of the next day.Not so much, the smells remained and began to make a few in our party nosciuos. We canceled and left the property that morning with risk of not getting a refund. Our concerns were dismissed by the owner. He supposedly sent a plumber and an upholstery cleaner to fix a plugged shower drain and a visibly dirty and stained couch. At that point we had already gone to a new house. Not sure why these things were not done prior to us arriving.Due to the character limit, I am unable to list all the issues. But here are a few low lights and im aware that alone, some these items are not a big deal, but...-mildew on bathroom ceilings-exhaust fan falling off-toilet was loose.-pool side couch in pictures is falling apart and unable to use!!!-trip hazards in patio-no propane for BBQ or fire(owner says its up to tenant to fill these up, which I have never heard of)To be transparent we are in the process with VRBO for a refund. Rent at your own risk

Very beautiful house and a ton of things to do, Would definitely book again. Host are very nice and communicate very well !
